European Championships Prague 2015

Darren Morgan won his sixth European Masters (over 40s) title when he beat England’s Jamie Bodle by six frames to three in the final of the 2015 Championship in Prague.

Despite not playing at his very best Darren used his vast experience to contain his dangerous opponent early on and then took the chances when they came.

Llanelli’s Jamie Clarke lost in the final of the 2015 European Championship to another English player Michael Wild.

Jamie trailed by five frames to one at the end of the first session after losing two black ball games but clawed his way back into the match before going down by seven frames to four.

Top referee Peter Thomas from Merthyr was given the honour of handling the final after excellent performances in the early rounds of the Championships.
