Welsh Senior European Qualifiers

Lee Walker will represent Wales at the European Championships in Bulgaria this June after winning the qualifying event at Pockets, Newport.

He beat friend and fellow Welsh International Elfed Evans three frames to two in a close final.

In the semi-final Walker was in brilliant form against Jamie Clarke, compiling clearances of 78 and 103 before wrapping up the match three-nil with a 59.

Coming from 2-1 down Evans made a 59 in the final frame to beat Wales number one Daniel Wells.
