Notice of EGM - Accounts for 2019-2020
We have been advised by Sport Wales that our annual accounts must be verified by the membership. Whilst this happens annually at the AGM, if you recall during 2019-2020 the AGM did not take place due to Covid19 and poor video conferencing options that improved dramatically before our virtual AGM this year.
As a consequence we are to hold a virtual EGM, via Microsoft Teams (which works in a browser or an app) on Wednesday the 6th October at 7:30pm. The meeting can be accessed via THIS LINK
The sole item on the agenda will be the accounts for 2019-20, as Sport Wales are requesting a formal response.
