Welsh Masters - Home Internationals 2013

An England Masters team made up of four ex-professionals narrowly beat the Wales A team by seven frames to five and retained their title.

With Wales trailing by six frames to five World Masters Darren Morgan looked like getting a draw for Wales but an unexpected miss on the final blue allowed his opponent in to take the three remaining colours for victory.

Ian Sargeant won twelve of the fifteen frames he played and made the only centuries of the series with fabulous runs of 112 and 109.

John Terry won eleven of his frames and Andrew Isitt seven.

The Wales B side beat Ireland and Scotland. Simon Morgan played consistently well throughout gaining excellent wins over Kevin Mcmahon and John Welsh.
