Elfed Evans cemented his position as the number one Masters (over 40s) player in Wales
Elfed Evans cemented his position as the number one Masters (over 40s) player in Wales when he beat Darren Morgan by 3-1 in the final of Event Four.
On his way to the final Evans defeated Derrick Hadigate, John Terry and Gavin Lewis while Morgan overcame Andrew Isitt, Ron Jones and Wayne Morgan.
Alun Squire had notable wins over Byron Phillips and Pete Roscoe before going downin the deciding frame against Lewis who made a stylish break of ninety nine.
