EBSA 2016 - Masters Result (Updated)

Darren Morgan has retained the EBSA European Masters Championship, with a 6-0 victory over a very gracious Brendan Thomas of Ireland.

A reasonably steady start saw Darren take the first frame 74-30, taking small breaks here and there. Frame 2 was the closest of the match, 49-39 the score. Frames 3 and 4 saw Darren step up a gear, keeping Brendan off the table, 83-9 and 86-0 (75 break) being reasonable indicators of the way the frames had gone.

Brendan seemed to get a second wind in frame 5 and was close right until the final red before going down 73-36. The sixth and final frame finished 105-5, with Brendan sportingly applauding Darren's final shots.
