Jackson Page continued his dominance of Welsh junior events by becoming Welsh under 16s champion last Sunday at Redz Snooker Club in Cwmbran.

He defeated Connor Caniff 3-0 in the final. The match was much closer the the scoreline suggests as Connor led in all three frame but could not close them out, perhaps due to the growing reputation of Jackson. Connor did have an excellent 3-1 semi final victory over the in form Dylan Emery.
Jackson had beaten Lewis Sinclair 3-0 in their semi final.

Highest breaks recorded were: Jackson Page - 49, 50 ,51, 42, 50 & 49 and Luke James - 52.

At the end of the championship two players were tied for 6th position and a place in the Welsh team for the Celtic challenge match against Rep. of Ireland. The resulting playoff match finished: -
