Under 21s Event Four - Results

Fifteen players contested this the 4th event on the under 21s calendar and it was the top two seeds who duly reached the final without dropping a frame.

Jackson Page came through the top half while Dylan Emery rampaged through the bottom of the draw including a superb 3-0 win over the always dangerous Tyler Rees.

Young Liam Davies had a very good win over 4th seed Conor Caniff before going out to Alfie Davies at the quarter final stage.

In an excellent final it was Dylan who took the first frame with a break of 101 only for Jackson to draw level with a nice 78 break. A scrappy 3rd frame was eventually won by Jackson and the next frame also looked to be going his way when he opened with a 56 break. Dylan however had other idea's as he compiled an excellent 50 break to snatch the frame and level at 2-2.

The decider was a tense affair to begin with as both players were anxious not to give their opponent an opening but eventually it was Jackson who got in with his first real chance to compile a frame and match winning break of 61. It was a terrific final between the top two junior players in Wales and a joy to watch.
