IBSF Myanmar World Mens and Masters - Day 1

The Welsh contingent got off the mark in Myanmar today. In the Mens competition, only Andrew Pagett was in action and won his opening match 4-2, pegged back from a 3-0 lead.

In the Masters, Jason Tucker got off to a slow start going 0-2 down before taking his match 3-2. Steve Thomas didn't break sweat as he won 3-0, but Keith Thomas found himself on the wrong side of a 3-0 scorline, his Chinese opponent in top form and leaving him no clear opportunity to score.

Tomorrow sees Ben Fortey, Matt Roberts, Darren Morgan and Dean Thomas all get their campaigns underway.
