Under 16s Event 3 - Results

Liam Davies continued his dominance of the under 16s age group by winning this event, his 3rd consecutive under 16s win of the season.

He reached the final without dropping a frame, defeating Jamie Reader and Zac Cosker, making an
excellent 81 break in the semi final against Zac.

In the bottom half of the draw Oliver Briffitt-Payne also came through to the final without the loss of a frame, overcoming Oliver Phillips 3-0 with the aid of a 58 break and the improving Dainton Barrass in the semi final.

The final itself was a somewhat scrappy affair with neither player producing their best. However it was Liam's all round steadier game and big match experience which gave him the victory.
