WBSA Annual General Meeting 2020

Members and Officers of the WBSA are hereby reminded that in accordance with the Constitution, it is still our intention to hold the Annual General Meeting before September, subject to Social Distancing and Government guidelines.

With this in mind, we feel it is appropriate to notify all members of a forthcoming AGM, date to be finalised, so that you are all aware of the anticipated agenda. This will obviously be confirmed prior to the AGM, giving suitable notice as per the Constitution and gives you all plenty of time to consider proposals for Election of Officers and for Nocies of Motion.

Members or Officers submitting Notices of Motion and / or nomination of Officers, must be in attendance at the AGM.
