Under 16s Championship

Following on the day after the U14 Championship, Liam Davies was hoping to retain this title too.

With a field of 9 players, Riley Power and Olliver Briffet-Payne played the sole last 16 match, Ollie winning 3-0. In the quarter finals, Ollie beat Jamie Reader 3-1, Zac Cosker had a walkover against Harry Armstrong, Liam beat his younger brother Ryan 3-0 and the improving Oliver Philips beat Dainton Barrass by the same margin.

Semi final 1 went to Ollie, 3-1 over Zac and Liam outplayed Oliver, 3-0 the scoreline.

The final seemed destined to go to a decider almost from the outset. However, Liam won 3-2 and added Championship number two to his tally for the weekend.
