UK Championship - Welsh Wildcard Entries
This weekend will see the commencement of the UK Championship. The World Snooker Tour recently offered us two wildcard entries and it we decided to use different criteria to that of the wildcards for the Welsh Open, in order to give players more than one way to obtain a wildcard in future if WST continue to offer us wildcards for the two events.
With this in mind, Liam Davies and Bradley Ferguson were nominated. Play commences on Saturday with both players in action up at Ponds Forge, Sheffield. Liam faces Alfie Burden at 9:30am, whilst Brad's match with Zac Surety early evening around 7:30pm.
